Simple steps to get paid
Our team will train you to become certified as a complex care assistant at no cost. Training includes both online and in-person sessions.

We work directly with Medicaid to get you paid instantly after you perform your services. We offer competitive compensation along with benefits.

Which states is this program available in?
Care Haven is currently operating in Massachusetts. We will be offering our services in Florida soon!
How much will I get paid?
We pay our caregivers $29.15 per hour. The number of hours per week is based on your child's condition – on average our caregivers spend 40 hours per week performing enhanced care services for their child.
Does my child need to be on Medicaid?
Yes, your child must be enrolled with Medicaid in order for you to be eligible for our services. If your child is not on Medicaid, our team will help your child get enrolled at no cost.
Who is this program for?
Care Haven provides paid family caregiving for caregivers of pediatric patients. If your child has a medical condition requiring home health services, contact us to learn more!
Eligibility requirements for Massachusetts:
- The patient must be enrolled in MassHealth (Standard, CommonHealth, Family Assistance, or CarePlus)
- The patient must need assistance with at least two activities of daily living (ADLs).
How much does this program cost?
Our program is 100% free. We strive to help caregivers remove financial barriers so that they can deliver the highest level of care.
